After phone consultation with practitioner, I was informed that a prescription would be sent over to my pharmacy, no prescription was issued, I ended up missing 3 days of medication, as it was a bank holiday and I ended up waiting for my doctor’s surgery to open

I had a stroke in June and the medication gave me an allergic reaction. On August Bank Holiday Monday when I was away from home.

Felt it was useless … I phoned at first and got told I had to ring around different chemists then after being unsuccessful I got out through to an out of hours go who did not help in the slightest …. I ended up feeling more stressed after the phone than I did before it …

I just thought that overall it was a very good help . It was hard to get through on the phone though.

The phone call is a bit hard to get through with all the pressing of different numbers . I found it quite stressful.

The staff member I spoke to was extremely kind and funny, asked me the right questions and was extremely quick to get me a GP, he understood the situation and was not judgmental! The out of hours GP was also extremely kind and got me my perscription! It was all extremely smooth and quick.
